Description
Labia pads are small, leaf-shaped absorbent fabric pieces. They are placed between the outer labia and can be used together with a cloth pad or as a backup for a menstrual cup or other menstrual protection. They help guide the menstrual flow into the pad. They are a great aid if your period tends to have a mind of its own and often ends up outside the pad. A labia pad is especially useful on heavier days.
They can also be used on their own without a pad, for example for heavy discharge or mild bladder leakage, such as when sneezing or laughing.
Instructions: Fold the labia pad lengthwise and place it between the outer labia.

- Wash at 60°C, do not use fabric softener.
- 100% organic cotton.
