Terms and conditions
We kindly ask you to read our Privacy Policy here.
Order and Order Confirmation
Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. The confirmation includes details about the products, prices, payment methods, and delivery address. Please check that your order confirmation is correct. If there is any error in the order, contact our customer service immediately at shop@mosweden.com. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible via email. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental consent to place an order with us.
Deliveries
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same day or the following day. The normal delivery time is 1-3 business days. However, please note that delivery may take longer in some cases (e.g., during sales periods), and we reserve the right to take up to 10 days for delivery. We are not responsible for any damage caused by delayed delivery, but you do have the right to cancel your purchase if the delivery is delayed. If the product is damaged or lost during transport, Imse is responsible for the cost. If you receive a damaged or broken item, you must report this within 14 days.
Uncollected Packages
For packages that are not collected from the designated pickup location, a fee of 249 SEK will be charged. This covers the costs incurred by us in handling your order.
Transport Damages
If you discover that the package is damaged when you receive it, you should report it directly to the respective shipping company. If you discover the damage later, you can contact us at shop@mosweden.com. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is not damaged or lost when returning it to us.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive your item. The product being returned must be in unused and undamaged condition, with all labels and any original packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is not damaged or lost when returning it to us. You will pay the return cost. Read more here.
Payment with a gift card: If you paid with a gift card, you will usually receive a refund in the form of a new gift card or store credit. Combined payment: If you paid using a combination of a gift card and another payment method, the gift card portion will be refunded as a gift card/store credit, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Complaints
We guarantee that the goods you receive are free from defects upon delivery. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the shipment has been collected, and describe the defect in detail. The defective item must be in unused condition. Return the item along with the completed return form and clearly state that it is a complaint. Once we have received the item and approved the complaint, we will send you a new item if it is in stock and reimburse you for your return shipping. If the item is not in stock, we will refund the amount you paid for the item and reimburse you for your return shipping.
